  8. This program takes a filename and changes it to upper case
  9. or lower case.

  11. Example : Aminet_CD_Rom becomes AMINET_CD_ROM
  12.           or aminet_cd_rom

  14. This program has been compiled with GCC 2.6.3 and is Ixemul
  15. free.
  16.  
  17. The update includes a German translation of the documentation
  18. and a GUI.
